Q:  How do I download the files after placing an order?

A:  You will be taken to the download page right after payment in the shopping cart checkout. You will also get an email from us with the download link in case you need it. If you have any issues just contact us.

Q:  I've downloaded the zip file, but now how do I open it?

A:  We compress our files into a zip file to allow for quicker download times.  You need to decompress the zip file in order to access the files within it.  If you are new to zip files and/or do not have a program to unzip the files, you will need to download 7 Zip Once you have 7 zip installed on your computer, right-click on our download file and choose Extract to Here from the 7-Zip menu.
